Last Meow Before the Vow
Looking for something a little different, and have a bride that loves cats? Throw your bestie a “Catchelorette” with cat themed decor, attire, and of course spending time with cats – just make sure no one’s allergic! A cat cafe just opened near Charlotte, NC, which is also a fun place to have a bachelorette party. There is a lot to do and many neighborhoods to explore; definitely an underrated bachelorette city.
Bachelorette Party Invitation
Check out these purrrfect invites with a kitty-licious itinerary and plenty of time for relaxation, maybe in a sun puddle.
Bachelorette Party Friday Night
Take it easy on the first night and check into your hotel, grab dinner at an incredible Italian spot called North Italia, and maybe even walk around the city. Surprise the bride with a “Last Meow Before the Vow” banner and a pawprint sash to wear out.
Bachelorette Party Saturday
On Saturday, start your day with brunch at one of the best places, Tupelo Honey – make sure you try the honey biscuits! Once you’re full and ready to go, it’s time for scavenger hunt to get to know the city. Have your girls look for a cat’s favorite place to cat nap (hint: a sun puddle), their favorite thing to play with (anything that moves, especially yarn), a cat statue (they should be honored!), and a cat item in the wild. Along the way make sure you hydrate and get a cat’s favorite drink. Once you’ve found everything, celebrate with some espresso cat-tinis.
On to the next stop, the reason Charlotte is perfect for a catchelorette: the cat cafe! Stop in and play with some furry friends, get some licks, and take fun photos with your very own cat ears. It will be hard, but try not to take them home.
After a long day exploring, it’s time for a cat nap at the hotel and some low-key games like pin the whisker on the cat. Once you’re all rested, get ready to go out and put on your best fur face; make sure to grab your ears from earlier. Sure, people at dinner will look at you, but you’ll never see them again and it will be something to laugh about later!
After dinner, travel to South End for some of the best bars in Charlotte, including Queen Park Social, a place for drinking, dancing, and games like bowling and giant jenga.

When it’s time it to hit the cat bed, go back to your hotel and curl up with a nice warm blanket – sorry, no sun puddles this time.
Bachelorette Party Sunday Morning
In the morning, give your girlies a cute shirt and koozie to remember this crazy, catty weekend.
A cat bachelorette, or a last meow before the vow, is certainly a unique bachelorette party theme for a unique, animal-loving bride.
